I’m the owner of a flat in the Midlevels whose tenant recently moved out and the new tenant requested deep cleaning of the sofa and carpets. I’ve never done a deep cleaning of this nature before and since I don’t currently live in Hong Kong I had to do some research online (my agent did not have a recommendation). After doing the usual google search and reviewing various hits from yelp, sassyhongkong, etc. I emailed 7 different companies for quotations. While most of them responded within the day, the one that stood out most was from T&T. Not only was the message the most courteous and professional, but the most detailed and ultimately the most competitively priced. Carrie explained that the process would involve 3 steps: 1) removal of surface level debris 2) pre-spray with an environmentally friendly, biodegradable solution to eliminate stains and kill germs and allergens 3) powerful vacuuming of deep sediments. All stages would utilize state of the art products and equipment. On the day of service (I had arrived in HK by that time), I received a friendly courtesy text confirming the arrival of the service person but with the chance of a slight delay due to the inclement weather. However, in the end he (Mr. Ho) arrived right on time. Upon arrival he unpacked his equipment in a clean and orderly fashion and put on plastic covers over his shoes. He spent several hours on all the items and explained each of the steps as he proceeded. Ultimately the sofa came out looking brand new and the carpets felt updated and refreshed. Mr Ho himself was very hard working and courteous throughout. From start to finish T&T was a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t recommend a cleaning company more!

My home feels so clean now. I paid about $2,000 to deep clean 1 sofa with vomit, 1 dusty rug, and 1 carpet with vomit because of my cat, there is hair and some stains. He even cleans under the carpet, including the sofa cushions. Great attention to detail. My sofa stain is completely gone. As you can see in the photo the water after cleaning is VERY dirty!!! Great job. The cleaning man also wore plastic shoes and wore a mask, feels very hygienic. Kitty is happy too. (See my before and after pictures below)

We had our sofa cleaned by T & T. The initial clean removed a lot of dirt, but there were some patches that still looked a bit dirty after the initial clean. We contacted the company about this and they came back to re-clean the sofa free of charge. We're very happy with the result and would highly recommend T & T.
